By engaging The Throne Company for restroom trailer rentals, you agree to the following terms. Final pricing is confirmed via written quote.
Bookings & Cancellations
Reservations are confirmed with a deposit. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to delivery are refundable less processing fees.
Site & Liability
Customer is responsible for site access and reasonable accommodations for delivery. The Throne Company maintains commercial liability insurance.
Damage
Customer is responsible for damage caused by misuse during rental. Normal wear is included.
